Share EThekwini Municipality Mayor, Councillor Cyril Xaba, accompanied by executive committee members, Councillor Thembo Ntuli, Councillor Zama Sokhabase, Councillor Themba Mvubu and Councillor Sifiso Mkhize, officially opened multi-million rand key service delivery projects in the outer west areas of the city on 23 July. The projects included R40 million KwaNqetho 6 megalitre Water Reservoir which has been upgraded from 1 megalitre, R6 million Qhuzwini Road which has been upgraded from gravel to tar and handing over of several houses.
