Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 129 (3) of the Local Government Municipal Finance Management Act, 56 of 2003 read together with Section 21 (A) of the Local Government Municipal Systems Act, 32 of 2000, that the Oversight Report on the 2024/25 Annual Report as well as the final 2024/25 Annual Report of the Cape Agulhas Municipality is available to the public from 13 February 2026 at the following places.
