GERMISTON – The City of Ekurhuleni has received a notification from Rand Water of a scheduled maintenance on its bulk water supply infrastructure, from Sunday, 07 December to Monday, 15 December.

The maintenance will affect water supply to various parts of the city on different days including Edenvale, Bedfordview, Germiston, Thembisa, Kempton Park, Benoni, Wattville, Springs, Brakpan, Kwa-Thema, Vosloorus, Eden Park and Boksburg.

The city will be deploying water tankers to the affected areas.

It may take up to two weeks after the maintenance period for water pressure and supply to return to normal, especially in high laying areas.
