SASSA WORCESTER ICROP/ OUTREACH PROGRAMME IN ASHTON

Venue: Barnard Community Hall, Uitspan Street, Ashton, 6715
Time: 08:00 AM - 15:00 PM
S ervices to be provided are as follows:
- All Grants applications including 0 - 2yrs old children and CSG Top Up
- Grant Reviews due to financial circumstances e.g. Employed and or changes in marital status
- All Grants Enquiries
- Change of Payment Method (Bring ID and Bank confirmation letter/ Bank Statement)
- Department of Employment and Labour (DOL), and others including various Banking institutions will be available
Required documents:
- South African 13-digit bar coded Id Card/ Id book of an applicant or caregiver
- Proof of Spousal relationship i.e. marriage certificate if married, divorce degree
- Child/ren birth certificate(s), Death certificate of a spouse/parent(s)
- 3 months bank statement(s) of all bank accounts and proof of income (Payslip/letter)
- Bring your email address and your cell phone for application (E-KYC - Face Verification)
NB: Children from the age of 3yrs must be present during the day of the child support grant application for our Biometric enrolment process. CSG Top Up applicants must bring Death Certificates of both parents, or death certificate of one parent and an affidavit by the applicant attesting to the unknown status (alive or deceased) of the child's other parent.
