Updated SARS Mobile Unit Schedule for August 2026

The SARS Mobile Tax Unit will visit Overstrand in August 2026 to assist taxpayers with tax returns and eFiling. Scheduled dates are 18 August in Kleinmond, 19 August in Mount Pleasant and 20 August in Gansbaai, from 09:00 to 18:00.

The South African Revenue Service (SARS) Mobile Tax Unit will be visiting Overstrand on selected dates in August 2026 to assist taxpayers with income tax returns, digital migration, eFiling, tax registration and general tax enquiries.

To accommodate the increased demand during the tax season, SARS has requested that the venue hours be extended from 09:00 to 18:00 to assist as many taxpayers as possible.

The SARS self-service kiosk at the Overstrand Municipality offices in Magnolia Street, Hermanus, remains available during normal municipal office hours for limited services.

Please note that the Gansbaai and Kleinmond dates were mixed up in the previous schedule.

The correct schedule is as follows:

  • 18 August 2026 – Proteadorp Community Hall, Kleinmond
  • 19 August 2026 – Moffat Hall, Mount Pleasant
  • 20 August 2026 – Blompark Community Hall, Gansbaai
