FINAL LAND USE APPLICATION SUBMISSION FOR 2026
Cederberg Municipality hereby informs all planners, developers, and members of the public that the municipality will not accept any new land use applications after the 13 November 2026 (Friday at 15:00) that require 30 calendar days of public participation and/or require a 60-day commenting period for external departments
This is to ensure that the municipality can process land use applications within the legislative timeframes and prevent situations of advertising within the festive season.
Any land use application received after 13 November 2026 will only be registered and considered from Monday, 11 January 2027.
