Registration on the City of Tshwane Supplier Database

In compliance with Regulation 14(1)(a) of the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act, 2003 (Act 56 of 2003) (MFMA), the City of Tshwane hereby invites prospective suppliers of goods and services to apply to be registered on its supplier database.

The City of Tshwane has moved over from its Vendor Portal to SAP Ariba where current and potential vendors may register and keep their information up to date. Please refer to the link for registration, http://tshwane.supplier-eu.ariba.com/ad/selfregistration/c/c2, on the new SAP Ariba Network.

NOTICE TO ALL POTENTIAL BIDDERS: ONLINE SAP ARIBA BUSINESS NETWORK TRAINING

The City of Tshwane will conduct a series of online training sessions for the SAP Ariba Business Network. These sessions are designed to help potential bidders familiarise themselves with the City's official e-procurement portal and ensure compliance with electronic bidding procedures.

In terms of Circular 81 of the MFMA, service providers must register on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database, which can be accessed at www.csd.gov.za .

Tenders will be received on or before the closing time and date shown. Each tender must be enclosed in a separate, sealed envelope that bears the applicable tender heading and reference number, as well as the closing time and due date. The tender must be addressed to the Divisional Head: Supply Chain Management, City of Tshwane, and must be deposited in the tender box situated at Tshwane House, 320 Madiba Street, Pretoria CBD. Tenders will be opened at this address at the time indicated.

Tenders must remain valid for a period of 90 days after the closing date.
