MIDVAAL LOCAL MUNICIPALITY CAUTIONS RESIDENTS AGAINST PURCHASING UNAPPROVED “PREMIUM SERVICED STANDS” AT HONEY HILLS ESTATE LIVING DEVELOPMENT.

Midvaal Local Municipality is warning residents and prospective buyers not to purchase advertised "premium serviced stands" at the Honey Hills Estate Living Development along the R82, as no municipal approvals have been granted for the development. Purchasing unapproved stands may expose buyers to financial loss, service delivery delays and legal complications.
